Well that was quick.  A crew of four plumbers arrived yesterday and knocked out all the pool plumbing in a day.

Admittedly, they were helped a little by the fact that we had pre-plumbed the part from our pool house mechanical room to the edge of the pool, when we first built it.  It runs under the pool house concrete and the deck.

There are enough extra electrical conduits for us to run landscape lighting and wire for some speakers out to the pool area.

The plan is to have the steel and plumbing inspected tomorrow and to do the shotcrete on Friday.  The weather looks cooperative, so keeping our fingers crossed.
