We’ve been keeping a list of finish carpentry projects, and adding some shelves was among them.  All three of our daughters are voracious readers.

We constantly run out of bookshelf space, so we added built-in shelves to two of the girls rooms.

We’re still waiting for the painters to have time to paint some of them.
