Now that the basement floor is finished, and the painters painted the mechanical room in the basement, the HVAC team can finally install the rest of the HVAC.  Most of the work for this is in the mechanical room.

The only place outside the mechanical room we have visible ducting is the exercise room.  We opted for a visible spiral duct as a design feature, much like a gym might have.
