We removed part of our house (part 1 and part 2) to make way for the new construction, leaving a large exposed wall and some chopped up roof area.

Of course, we are going to live in the house still, so we needed to waterproof that section before the next rain storm.  A small crew of framers came today to “button it up” and here is the result.

We opted to leave the two doors into our master bedroom exposed so that we would get the extra light.

Not too pretty, but it will hopefully do the job.
