A property like ours is required to collect any water runoff and put it through some earthen filtration before we can dump it out into the storm drain system.<\/p>\n

Over the last two weeks the landscapers have dug large trenches around the property for the drainage system.<\/p>\n

These are pretty massive 6 inch lines that run up each side of the house to pick up surface drains, french drains, and gutters.<\/p>\n

In the picture above, you can see the lateral lines that go to the gutter downspouts.<\/p>\n

Once those were in the ground, the entire property could be graded.<\/p>\n
