Our property came with quite a few trees that are less than desirable.\u00a0 Chief among them are Pittosporum.\u00a0 This is a very typical hedge plant, that, if you let it grow, will become a tree.<\/p>\n

The problem with them is that they are incredibly messy.<\/p>\n

It pretty much drops stuff like that year-round.<\/p>\n

Another tree we have in our yard is a Jacaranda.\u00a0 They have beautiful purple flowers that leave an unfortunate sticky mess when they fall on your car.\u00a0 Here is one they are in the process of taking down.<\/p>\n

The one on the right.\u00a0 The one on the left is a camphor tree.\u00a0 While also being a very messy tree, that one happens to be right in the middle of where our new driveway will be.<\/p>\n

Hopefully the removal of the camphor will allow more light through to the tall bamboo underneath, and provide a better screen for our neighbors.<\/p>\n
