So far, we’ve made an outdoor dining table and bench from some of the redwood we recovered from the house we tore down.\u00a0 Here is a picture of the 4×6 beams that were in the living room, sitting room, and guest room of the old house.<\/p>\n

We just asked our carpenter to start on a litany of additional furniture, much of it from the additional wood we salvaged from the old house.\u00a0 Speaking of that wood, we build a nice sturdy rack in which to store it.<\/p>\n

We are also planning to build a small potting enclosure using some of the old windows, and possible doors, we pulled out of the old house.<\/p>\n
